At GBS Handmade, customer satisfaction is our priority. As our products are uniquely handcrafted, we understand that you may occasionally need to make a return or exchange. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• An original sales receipt is required for all exchanges.

• Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds where applicable, based on the condition of the item returned.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged is not eligible for return or exchange.

• Custom, special, and wholesale orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

3. Wholesale Orders

• A 50% deposit is required for all wholesale orders.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.

• Please note that wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Handmade Variations

• As all items are individually handcrafted, slight variations in measurements, dimensions, and appearance may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather a mark of their unique artistry.
